Battle of Hittin
After the unification between Egypt and Bilad Al-Sham, Salah Al-Din was attracted to Jerusalem, where a battle between Salah al-Din and the Crusaders in the Hittin plain in Palestine happened, it ended with the victory of the Muslims and the restoration of Jerusalem from the Crusaders. This battle was called “ Hittin “ and took place in 1187.
