The Blue ID Card
Jerusalemites have what is called a "Blue ID Card". It's the only official document the Arab Jerusalemite has, and it doesn't grant them anything except a Jordanian passport. The occupation authorities don’t consider them as citizens of their land and they do not even enjoy the rights of citizens. According to the Israeli law, each one of them is considered a "permanent residents".
