The Law of the Property of the Absentees

The Occupation State has implemented an unjust law against Jerusalemites called the Absentees' Law, which dates back to 1950, when the Knesset approved it. Under this law, the occupation took over the land and property belonging to Palestinians who were displaced to other areas and countries as a result of the occupation of Palestine in 1948.
