The Committee of Endowments has established religious schools to teach students Sharia sciences alongside the curricula of the Ministry of Education. One of the most important schools of them is Al-Aqsa Sharia Secondary School, located in Al-Aqsa Mosque. Also, it founded an orphanage in the Old Town, that gives academic and professional education.
