It is located west of Qubbat Al-Sakhra (Dome of the Rock). It is medium sized with a rectangular shape. It’s up to 4.8 in diameter, and 3.6 wide and long.

Located in the nave of the rock, just to the east of the Office of the Reconstruction Committee, called by its name because it is near the dome of Al-Khalili.

The Northern Well of the Eastern Pillars
This well is located north of the Eastern Pillars and of the Teachers Room. It extends for a long distance under the nave of the Rock.It’s 23 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 8 meters deep.
The Eastern Well of Bab Al-Magharba
It is just east of Bab Al-Mgharba. And is considered to be one of Al-Aqsa Mosque entrance gates. It is cut out Al-Mgharba Mosque square.
Al-Maghrebi well
Located to the east of the museum building, a rectangular room. It is 17 meters long, 12 meters wide, and 7 meters deep. It has two openings. Al-Omari stated as describing it:” Near the honorary corner, one.”
The Black Well
It is located north of Al-Qibli Mosque and east of Al-Kaas spring. The largest well, with a capacity of about (8 million litres). It is 40m long, 30m wide, and 14m deep. The well has three openings.
