It was built in the Mamluk era, around 887 AH / 1482 AD by the Sheriff Saif al-Din Inal, with a beautiful stone mihrab; niche. In its northern corner lies Qait bay and that’s how it got its name.

The mud terrace is located southwest of Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, between the Dome of Moses and Qasim Basha spring. This building was built between the Ottoman and Mamluk times, and in 1760 it was ordered.

Al-Buraq mosque terrace ( Abu Baker terrace ). It got its name because of its closeness to Al-Buraq mosque, since it is at the eastern. side of it, across Al-Mgharbah gate, and southwest of the Dome of the Rock.
Pine terrace – Shahidat Al-Ribat
It was recently dubbed Shahidat Al-Rabat, to commemorate the lives of the women of the occupied Negev who were killed in a traffic accident in their return from Al Aqsa Mosque.
